Chris grew up in Calgary where his family was very involved in the community
and politics working on several municipal, provincial
and federal elections over the years. His father Jim hosted
a local TV show and was on City Council for nearly 10
years. Chris and his spouse Nancy moved to BC in 1990,
settling in Castlegar in 1993 with their daughter Nikki.
Chris has been an active member of the Castlegar Rotary
Club sitting on the executive for 4 years. He has served as a Chamber
of Commerce President, Manager, and Executive Member as well as with
the local Lion’s Club and Sunfest Committee’s.
Chris worked for a number of years with Columbia Basin
Trust’s - Business Advocates Program. Through his consulting experience
he has helped many local business owners assess and evaluate their business
and develop a strong, realistic plan for the future.
Chris’s strong background in business planning combines naturally
with our straight-forward investment approach and helps provide a clear
direction for our clients.
